Marion Rehab & Assisted Living - New Installation
When Marion Rehab & Assisted Living in Marion, IN needed efficient laundry equipment for their new facility, they looked to Loomis Brothers to provide a cost effective solution. With 100 beds for Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living, it was important that they have Heavy-Duty laundry equipment that could rely on while also helping to keep their operating costs low. To meet their needs we provided Milnor High Efficiency washers & dryers that have State-Of-The-Art features for reducing utility costs during production.
Milnor’s 60lb model 30022V6J Washer/Extractor offers the RinSave feature to help reduce water & sewer costs as well as 150 G-Force extraction to reduce water retention for quicker and more efficient drying.
Milnor’s 75lb model M76ED Dryer/Tumbler with Axial Air Flow offers the best results in cost efficient drying of goods. With a totally enclosed cylinder and double paned door glass, this dryer uses less energy and helps to keep the laundry area cool.
To insure lint containment they have installed the newest product from Clean Cycle, the Lint Lasso. This new filter is installed directly in-line with the dryer exhaust and is easily accessible for cleaning. The system incorporates an Over Pressure Alarm that signals when it is time for cleaning and also has a booster fan to insure proper air flow is maintained at all times during operation.

Marion Rehab & Assisted Living is a new concept in overall care. A tour of the facility reveals a Main Street Theme as you pass their Internet Café, Theatre Room, Fitness Center and several Dining options. Stepping out for a breath of fresh air is made all the more enjoyable with Walking Paths and even a Putting Green. For large family gatherings and special events there is even a Banquet Hall that offers full catering.
